CLINICS

My name is Lisa and I will be your UIC this year along with the help from Bobby O (Ladner) and John Sweica (Tsawwassen).

We have a gym clinic at Ladner Baptist church on Saturday March 17, 2012 from 1 - 3pm. We will be working on mechanics so please bring water to drink, and wear loose fitting clothes. During this session we will be moving so dress like you are going to work out.

For those of you that were not able to make it to the District Clinic last weekend, Bobby, John, and I will let you know when we will be having a Rules session. This Rules Session is mandatory if you did not come to the Clinic on March 10, 2012.

If you can not make it to March 17, 2012, please let me know. We will be having other clinics and workshops throughout the season.
